Oriental Yarns do not use any machinery in their cleaning process. We believe the same care and attention that was used to create the rug by hand should be used when cleaning the delicate fibres.

Oriental Yarns advice on carpet cleaning is to vacuum regularly to keep dirt dust and allergies to a minimum. Never attempt to clean your rug by hand as some dyes become unstable.

Wool rugs are susceptible to shrinkage when damp which is why cleaning is best left to the experts.
